Mae Sue yn Gyfarwyddwr CLARITY Learning Suite Global gyda’i chyd-Gyfarwyddwyr Lyn Sharratt a Maggie Ogram. Mae Sue yn gweithio gydag arweinwyr i gefnogi gweithredu a chynnal y CLARITY Learning Suite mewn ysgolion Cynradd ac Uwchradd a Systemau.
Sue’s work in schools/systems focuses on the HOW the What and the Why of learning teaching and leading teaching. Her work is personalised and adaptive to the needs of the individual’s /team’s needs. The agenda for working together is co constructed with the leaders and is not a programmed approach.
Purposeful conversations are key to the work that Sue undertakes with leaders, using the conversations in sessions to surface challenges, barriers and then plan for next steps. Also, Sue works with leaders to use purposeful conversations to enhance their leading, learning and teaching skills.
Building leaders’ confidence to action Professional Learning implementation and actualise plans for sustaining Professional Learning is a strong area of focus. Sue works with leaders on the practicalities of implementation and sustaining Professional Learning and the leadership skills required to do this work. Sue encourages leaders to plan purposeful communication about the implementation and sustaining Professional Learning.
Sue’s work as a System (Deputy Director of Schools and Director of Learning) and School Leadership have resulted in Sue presenting at International and National conferences. Sue has brought to these events the experience of a practical practitioner who works alongside her colleagues to build leadership capacity.
