David is a highly accomplished professional and effective leader with demonstrated proven success in leadership and change management within educational contexts.

Spanning 20 years as a School Principal, he has successfully developed and implemented a range of innovative strategies and quality driven programs through the application of Teaching, Learning and Leading using evidence-based approaches such as Clarity Learning Suite and contemporary pedagogical practices that measures impact on students. He has also published articles and presented papers at national and international forums.

His greatest tenets are accountability, curiosity, innovation, Impactful, Respectful and Hope. These tenets drive his passion for authentic leadership that cascades through forming his narrative to ‘learn to lead and lead to learn.’

He fosters strong working networks with local and international communities and facilitates the integration of initiatives and design to enhance institutional environments.
