To make it possible for everyone to get the CLS Essentials within reduced available Professional Learning times, we are introducing the CLARITY Essentials Suite. 

The Professional Learning within CLARITY Essentials Suite provides the core elements from the CLARITY Learning Suite in 12 hours of concise, flexible and focused professional learning. 

Registration can be upgraded to access the full CLARITY Learning Suite to provide access to all of the CLS content and to obtain a Masters Credit from participating universities.

The Essentials Suite Individual Modules are only available for registering all teaching staff for 6 months. Registration includes access to Case Studies, Articles, Video Resources and Collaboration through the Members Directory and Forums.

  • Each session is 55 minutes in a bundle of 4 sessions per Essential module, meeting needs for 1 hour of PL per session.
  • The CLARITY Essentials Suite is the ideal opportunity to empower all staff in Schools, Networks and Systems.
  • CLARITY Essentials is the how to successfully implement improvement measures in your context.

Essential 1 - Explicit Leading

★ Session 1:  14 Parameters and the Gap Analysis Tool
★ Session 2: Knowledgeable Others
★ Session 3: Data Walls 
★ Session 4: Case Management Meetings

Essential 2: Explicit Teaching

★ Session 1:  Assessment Capable Learners
★ Session 2: Assessment Waterfall Framework (Part 1) - Learning Intentions and Success Criteria
★ Session 3: Assessment Waterfall Framework (Part 2) - Descriptive Feedback; Peer and Self-Assessment; Goal Setting Session
★ Session 4: Instructional Intelligence - Gradual Release of Responsibility, Accountable Talk, Direct Instruction

Essential 3: Explicit Learning

★ Session 1:  Explicit Leading to Sustain
★ Session 2: The Third Teacher
★ Session 3: Learning Walks and Talks
★ Session 4: Parent and Community

This enables you to pre-register for Individual Modules of the CLARITY Essentials Suite prior to its release in late February 2025.

Please select the number of staff in your school that you will be registering in the Qty field.

An order will be created for you for AU$150 + GST per registration when the Suite is released in 2025.
